Product Manager Authentication & Frontends (f/m/x)

Your mission

Develop suitable processes to offer various authentication means to IONITY’s customers in a easy, customer-friendly, scalable and efficient manner.
Support our ambitious growth plans in the B2C business by driving sales, profitability and customer loyalty.
Support product and payments simplification strategy and roadmap development with special focus on alternative means of authentication and frontends for (end) customers (e.g., RFID, Plug and Charge, Autocharge, etc.).
Analyse the dynamic market environment, competitor benchmarking, supplier screening to ensure delivery of best-in-class solution.
Tailor product solutions to meet needs of clients and translate them into concrete requirements (e.g., towards IT or towards required suppliers).
Act as the go-to person for B2C customer retention programs and campaigns.
Shape and further develop IONITY’s B2C offering.
Identify, onboard and manage suitable suppliers to support process.
Monitor and report performance of products in the market, but also of potential suppliers regularly and provide suitable reports to management.
Assist in user-oriented testing of acceptance of new means of authentication regularly.
Support in setting-up business cases and continuous assessment of economic feasibility of authentication means.

Your profile

Experience in product management for end customer products, preferably from (e-)mobility ecosystem.
Expertise to define customer-centric solutions and translate into technical requirements for IT.
In-depth knowledge of RFID card products and product delivery.
Experience in sourcing and managing RFID cards as means of authentication.
Technical insights on pros and cons of different means of authentication.
Knowledge in defining suitable processes (towards suppliers or inhouse) to manage card handling towards end customers.
Initial know-how on Plug and Charge technology, e.g., on technical baseline, market ecosystem, etc.
