Your mission
· Ensure high availability and high level of quality of IONITY’s HPC Network
· Perform technology reviews and validations on operational behalf for new charging hardware, integration of critical hardware component, software, tools and systems to ensure seamless operations of the IONITY Network
· Understand, challenge and ensure that both hardware and software technologies meet IONITY’s standards before network rollout, identifying and addressing potential operational issues proactively
· Provide learnings, insights and guidelines concerning troubleshooting of IONITY’s HPC Network towards the IONITY teams and external support, with a particular focus on charging hardware
· Work with IT in optimizing IT tools used in daily operations, such as ticketing systems enhancements that improve team efficiency and ensure that respective tools are fully functioning according to their user standards
· Improve knowledge management, ensuring insights, updates, and structured information are accessible to different kind of consumers, leveraging a deep understanding of operational needs
· Support IONITY Network Operations with technical analysis and problem solving for the IONITY Network
· Conduct Quality analysis of the IONITY Network and control reports provided by suppliers
· Strongly collaborate with field operations, charging technology, Network Analysis&Monitoring team and supply chain departments leveraging a deep understanding of hardware and software issues to drive effective solutions
