Scrum Master (f/m/x)

Your mission

Ensuring productive and successful Scrum events
Supporting continuous improvement and learning progress with individual or team coaching sessions
Analysing existing processes and encouraging teams to apply agile principles
Promoting a culture of communication, collaboration and transparency
Cultivating empowered teams that self-organize their tasks for goal achievement
Identifying impediments and solving problems on team level
Organizing and conducting workshops with team members and stakeholders

Your profile

University degree, with several years of experience with agile teams
Experience with higher level agile processes, e.g. the Scaled Agile Framework
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Hands-on mentality
Affinity for travelling for encouraging face-to-face communication
Fluency in English is required
