We already have a network of >750 sites and whether it’s enhancing the charging experience, integrating with energy markets, or enabling seamless vehicle-to-charger interaction, we are positioned to lead through technology.  
 
We’re looking for a Manager – Digital Interfaces to lead the strategy and evolution of core digital touchpoints that power the IONITY experience. From our Customer Web Portal to authentication methods like Plug & Charge, RFID, and OCPI integrations — you’ll be at the heart of designing secure, intuitive, and scalable interfaces that connect EV drivers to our network. 
This role blends product strategy, tech thinking, and standards expertise — perfect for someone who gets fired up by next-gen customer journeys, elegant solutions, and interoperability. 
 
 
Key Responsibilities 
 
Strategic Interface Development 
  • Define and own the roadmap for digital interfaces like:
    • Customer Web Portal
    • OCPI integrations (roaming)
    • On-site authentication methods (e.g. ISO 15118 / Plug & Charge, RFID)
    • POI data & navigation systems
  • Translate customer, partner, and operational needs into functional specs and development priorities
  • Ensure close alignment with App team and product managers
  • Ensure alignment with global e-mobility standards and regulatory frameworks (OCPI, OICP, Girevee-clearing.netISO 15118)
Cross-Functional Collaboration Cross-Functional Collaboration 
  • Work closely with IT Development to ensure timely, secure, and high-quality releases
  • Act as the go-to expert for internal teams on all things digital access and interface-related
  • Monitor interface performance and usage — and champion continuous improvement

Your profile
  • 3+ years in e-mobility, EV charging, or mobility services (CPO/MSP experience a plus)
  • Hands-on knowledge of interoperability protocols (OCPI, ISO 15118, RFID, Plug & Charge)
  • Proven ability to translate user and partner needs into technical product specs
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments
  • Entrepreneurial spirit — you’re proactive, curious, and not afraid to push boundaries
  • A sharp analytical brain — with the ability to turn data into action
  • Strong communicator and team collaborator — you can speak both “tech” and “human” fluently
  • Above all, a customer-first mindset — every decision starts with the user
