As Sales & Partnership Manager - Acquisition, you will be responsible for actively driving IONITY’s customer and partner growth. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new fleet customers and building strategic B2B partnerships that support our direct-to-consumer (B2B2C) business. This role requires a proactive sales mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to confidently engage in cold outreach. You will play a key role in expanding IONITY’s commercial footprint and accelerating revenue growth

Acquire New Fleet Customers
As Sales & Partnership Manager - Acquisition, you will be responsible for actively driving IONITY’s customer and partner growth. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new fleet customers and building strategic B2B partnerships that support our direct-to-consumer (B2B2C) business. This role requires a proactive sales mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to confidently engage in cold outreach. Key Responsibilities
Acquire New Fleet Customers
- Identify and target potential fleet customers across Europe.
- Conduct cold outreach and lead generation activities to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop tailored proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account setup.
- Track performance and satisfaction of acquired fleet customers.
- Manage and coordinate external sales partners and agencies to support fleet acquisition.
- Monitor performance of external partners and ensure alignment with IONITY’s commercial goals.
- Identify B2B partners (e.g. leasing companies, energy providers, mobility platforms) that can support IONITY’s direct customer business.
- Initiate and lead partnership discussions from first contact to contract signature.
- Develop joint go-to-market initiatives and co-branded offerings.
- Monitor partnership performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Act as the main point of contact for strategic B2B2C partners.
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
- Represent IONITY at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Share market insights and customer feedback with internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales tools and processes.
