Strategic Pricing Leadership
- Further develop and execute IONITY’s pricing strategy across markets — balancing innovation, competitiveness, and regulatory compliance
- Lead high-impact pricing projects, from dynamic pricing models to strategic corporate initiatives
- Lead initiatives for regular pricing reviews and adjustments
- Support product launches from pricing perspective and lead pricing workflows within larger projects (key member in various product squads)
- Work towards an automated and AI-driven pricing framework for improved efficiency and enhanced flexibility
- Develop concepts to enhance IONITY pricing with focus on automation and AI-based pricing (Pricing innovation)
- Ensure economic assessment of different options to identify best fit with corporate targets
- Translate product features into product value, target customer segments, derive suitable pricing and support new product launches from pricing perspective
- Manage and define harmonized price composition across different sales channels and customer groups to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, but also to reflect corporate and business targets from pricing perspective
- Be the pricing voice in product launches, digital platform development, and customer experience design.
- Work closely with Product Managers, IT, Controlling, and Customer Insights to ensure pricing is aligned, agile, and effective.
- Monitor/evaluate impact of pricing decisions
- Screen market for pricing trends and new initiatives to ensure IONITY is on top of pricing
