Your mission
- Acting as the quality control gate between outsourced projects with service partners and service providers by checking maintenance reports and escalating issues internally.
- Maintaining, creating and overseeing deficiencies related to outsourced activities and assign over to respective internal recipients when needed.
- Support in requesting and following up on purchase requests.
- Maintaining and resolving third-party customer created challenges effectively and transferring them to internal teams.
- Assisting in managing day-to-day operational activities of our high-power charging network.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation of correct and up to date processes.
- Act as a data control gate, by ensuring accuracy and overseeing implementation of critical data.
- Communicating with external partners by providing information about new infrastructure.
