Role Responsibilities:
You take end-to-end ownership of hiring at IONITY – combining hands-on recruiting with smart process improvements and strong stakeholder partnership.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from job posting to signed contract.
- Write and optimize job ads and keep our careers presence clear, engaging, and up to date.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, shape hiring strategies, and drive strong, data-informed decisions.
- Ensure a fast, transparent, and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Build strong pipelines, including proactive sourcing for key roles when needed.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and ways of working, using data and insights where helpful.
- Support employer branding initiatives together with People & Culture and Marketing.
- Help ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new joiner in collaboration with onboarding teams.
