In this hands-on role, you will take full ownership of our legal tech stack, including our contract lifecycle management (CLM) system, and actively shape how technology—especially AI—is embedded into our daily legal work. At the same time, you will actively contribute to the legal work itself by reviewing standardized contracts and supporting legal matters across the business.
You will play a key role in transforming high-volume, standardized legal processes into streamlined, automated, and data-driven solutions in a fast-paced e-mobility environment, while ensuring the legal team operates smoothly in day-to-day business.
- Owning and continuously developing our CLM system and broader legal tech stack
- Designing, building, and optimizing workflows, templates, and playbooks to enable scalable contract management
- Reviewing and handling high-volume, standardized contracts using structured playbooks and defined guidelines
- Supporting the legal team in assessing and handling legal matters across various business areas
- Driving contract automation and improving review processes to significantly reduce cycle times
- Applying and integrating AI solutions (e.g. for contract review, analytics, and knowledge management) into daily legal workflows
- Identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and independently implementing practical, technology-driven improvements
- Running and developing contract analytics to generate insights and improve decision-making
- Supporting core legal operations tasks such as contract organization, documentation, and maintaining structured legal data
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the legal function through efficient processes and systems
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders such as Network Development, Product & Growth, Procurement, and other business teams
- Contributing to a modern, data-driven, and scalable legal function in a fast-growing company
